The fuel lines can slip off the 2021 Rogue's fuel pump leading to the first recall of the brand new 3rd generation SUV. The lines were removed during manual checks of the fuel pumps, but they might not have been fully locked back into place during reinstallation.

About the Fuel Line Recall

  • The affected models were built in Tennesse between 09/24/2020 and 11/11/2020.
  • A loose line could leak fuel which always elevates the threat of fires. A fully disconnected line will stop sending gas to the engine and possibly set the car on fire. A double whammy.
  • The recall (#PC791) is slated to start on March 1, 2021.
